GONC IN COURT TODAY - 'TORTURE' SENTENCE CONFIRMED!

http://www.cmjornal.xl.pt/detalhe/noticias/ultima-hora/caso-joana-relacao-nao-da-razao-a-ex-inspectores

Evora Court refuted the existence of "nullity"

Gonçalo Amaral is one of the damned in the process of aggressions against Leonor Cipriano, mother of Joan

The Évora refuted the existence of "unconstitutionality and nullity" in ruling that upheld the conviction of former inspectors of the Judicial Police (PJ) in the process of aggressions against Leonor Cipriano, mother of Joan, missing child in the Algarve in 2004.

On 18 March this year, the Court of Appeal upheld the conviction of former PJ inspector Gonçalo Amaral and António Nunes Cardoso, with suspended sentences, the Court of Faro in 2009, but the latter required the former agent "to reform and clarification of Judgement. "

According to judicial sources, the Évora understood that "lacks reason" the application of Antonio Nunes Cardoso, sentenced to two years and three months imprisonment with suspended sentence for the crime of forgery of a document.

Understand yet the court of second instance that the use of Évora "completely goes beyond the scope allowed a complaint or request for clarification of errors, lapses, obscurities or nonentities."

In the decision of the resources of the former inspectors, notified on 18 March 2011, the ratio also remained the penalty of one year and six months in prison for making false allegations, suspended in its execution, applied to Gonçalo Amaral, former coordinator of the Criminal Investigation Department of Portimão.

Following the decision of Appeal, Marcos Aragão Correia, a lawyer for Leonor Cipriano, filed a complaint against the Portuguese State in the United Nations for violating "the most basic gross human rights".

The lawyer said the Lusa agency that asked for the condemnation and expulsion of Portugal's Human Rights Commission of the United Nations.

The case of aggression against Leonor Cipriano was tried in Faro in 2009, but the Court of Faro has not determined the authorship of the attacks on the mother of Joan.

  1. Thanks for giving it a new thread Mac LOL.

Same Court that went against the McCanns. Must have been a judge not in his pocket eh?

  2. I hope Pedro can do a better translation, Maggs, but even from Google, it would seem the Evora court are not best pleased at Gonc using legal tricks to stave off disaster as long as possible?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Maggs, that's how it seems from here.

And did he stave it off for a long time too.
I'd say it's not looking good for St Gonc the Savior of all Antis.

  4. Correct me if I am wrong here but, doesn't the sentence not take effect until his final appeal is heard;which is the one he has just had and the sentence upheld?
Hence, it is eighteen months as of the final appeal?

  5. Try this one.

Court in Evora confirms sentence of ex-inspector Gonçalo Amaral

The Évora Court refuted the existence of "unconstitutionality and nullity" in upholding the ruling of conviction of two former inspectors of the Judicial Police (PJ), in the process of aggressions against Leonor Cipriano, the mother of Joana, the young girl, who went missing in the Algarve in 2004.

In the decision of the resources of the former inspectors, notified on 18 March 2011, the court also maintained the prison penalty (suspended in its execution), of one year and six months, for making false allegations applied to Gonçalo Amaral, former coordinator of the Criminal Investigation Department of Portimão. 6. So as of today his eighteen month sentence starts.

  7. Not sure Tony, if its from March or today. Will try and find out.

  8. I bet this is why Levy made up his story about the McCanns.

  9. Call my cynical, but was that the reason that both Haverns and MM wanted us gone? We document all these sorts of things and comment, of course.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yes, and yes.

It was the usual smokescreen from Team Gonc, and n doubt Bennett was issued with his orders.

BTW, I hate to break it to Chucky and co, but...Bennett lied to you.
Our temporary disappearance had nothing to do with poor little Chuckypitchforker's hurt feelings.
We may never know the full story, but the only thread our late hosts were interested in was the one about Bennett's court appearances.
We know this because MsMarbles looked at the statcounter.
Pound to a penny, Bennett wrote a fake legal letter and someone in CA thought it was real and panicked.
Then the pm to MsMarbles wasn't replied to in time, and the rest is history.
If we could actually be ar@ed, we'd kick up under First Amendment.
But we can't be ar@ed, and feel like a bit of redecorating anyway.
Call me cynical, but I can't help thinking that the Harlow Hounder knew Amoral was about to be totally ruined, but didn't want word getting around.
That's worked out well, hasn't it?
You may as well all pack up now, Amoral is finished, and the whole bottom-feeding hate crusade is in tatters.
Not very good timing for Pretendy Profler, is it?
Not that she will care as long as the mugs hand over $$$$$$$
    LOL.

  11. I am fairly certain his sentence begins from the final ruling. Remember the Casa Pia atrocity.
When they were sentenced they remained free until their appeals were heard.
Then of course, the whole thing went to hell in a basket and the ruling was made null and void

    ReplyDelete
  12. I gave up on Casa Pia, Tony, when it turned out that one of those found guilty could prove, beyond any doubt, that he was in Brazil at the time of the alleged offence.
I think the only one whose sentence stood was - Bibi?
    Anyways, Amoral. Does this help?
    http://justice4mccannfam.5forum.biz/t3341-gonc-guilty-of-torture-yippee

That was the first news of it, in mid-March.
It's hard to tell from googlespeak, but it sounds rather as if Amoral has tried every legal trick in the book to wriggle out, and the court is none too pleased with him?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Well, Bennett is so far up Amoral's ass that he would only be too happy to comply wouldn't he?

His Houndation Campaign is teetering now.

First off, Bennett merely scraping through a no confidence vote to hold onto his much respected (hahaha) position of secretary.

Now this extremely serious Gonc matter. I bet his weekend Konference is something of a crisis meeting.

    -----

That is what I also thought it was about. The Bennett Criminal thread that we had which he didn't want people reading. So, he would have written a letter in his best legalese to make it sound like he knew what he was talking about and would proceed further. Further with what would have been a good question.

After all the people in CA dealing with this are most likely to be young inexperienced ways of the world,IT persons. So they may well have panicked.

With Amoral finished, how can the antis continue?

Pat Brown is about to have egg on her face but she will be laughing all the way to the bank, courtesy of her fawning fans. So, if they want to part with their cash, who are we to stop them?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Oh, Pat Brown, the profiler who thinks teenage girls deserve to be beaten up by gangs:

Victoria may have suffered a good deal of fear and pain during this slap down but, if she were my kid, the first thing I would have asked her is "Did you deserve it?"

    --------

    Just another bottomfeeder.
She will carry on playing to the gallery and getting her ego stroked and her bank balance stoked.
She doesn't care any more about the McCanns, or Madeleine, than she does about...well, anything except her bank account and her ego.
    So she doesn't matter.

What does matter is that this means Amoral has no chance whatsoever of carrying on persecuting the McCanns.

He cannot defend any libel case, not with a conviction like that.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I sincerely hope that that Pat Brown does not have kids. It is obvious she is not talented in the field of criminal profiling and believes her own hype. Problem with that is, she cannot sustain it in the long term. So her ego will crash down through the floor. Often happens with z-list celebs who think they are God's gift.

Oh my goodness, Bonny! Of course Amoral hasn't a chance to win in the forthcoming libel trial.

How much will he have to fork over? Around one million euros isn't it?

  16. I have heard back from a buddy who knows of the Portuguese laws. Amaral Sentence comes into effect today.

    ReplyDelete
  17. It does Tony? Fantastic news.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I think it was a bit over that, Lily. The bottomfeeders have been telling themselves that it was only over The Truth - I Lied.
It wasn't; it was over his gibbers in interviews, all of which have been lovingly recorded on sites like mccannfiles, and his woeful 'documentary', which bore no resemblance to the police files, reality, nothing.
So, it is the income from everything in which he continued his vendetta against the McCanns.
He would have been better employed writing a guide to Algarve bars - God knows, he is an expert on that.

  21. I think I recollect something like 1.2 million euros? Oh yes, it was for everything, wasn't it? That's why TV1 and G & P are also named in the libel suit. Sofia must be happy she was able to squeeze her plastic surgery money from Gonc before she heard this news?

    Good article, Tony.

Maybe Morais could bake him an apple cake with lots of sugar when she or Claudius visit him?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Unfortunately, he is not going to lock-up; his 18 month suspended sentence comes into effect today.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Ah, but he still has to come to court for actual torture - Joana's stepfather, whom Amoral allegedly attacked.
And for the benefit of the bottomfeeders who are ignoring us - STEPFATHER.
    Not UNCLE.
A man who had nothing to do with anything.
If he goes down for that one - and I cannot see how he won't - then he will go to jail.

    ReplyDelete
  24. My apologies, Tony. In other words, he is going to have to be a very, very good boy?

Never mind. It means his testimony in a court room from now on is going to be in question since he is a convicted liar, with a suspended 18 months sentence.

That will be a loud Ker-ching to the Find Madeleine Fund in the future.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Mac, he only has to be stopped once by the law for anything, and his sentence will be jail immediately

  30. I'm from the shires and my diet is fibre-heavy
so I don't twig a lot and Portuguese law leaves me completely baffled

Amaral is a liar (according to PT courts) he also dabbled in torture ?

Yet he's free to walk the pavements of Portimao et al ?

Nullity my behind-the sooner that Southern European country drags herself out of Salazar's shadow the better.

Liars and torturers belong behind bars

and not the bars Amaral is so drawn to either

    ReplyDelete
  31. Quite.

I am curious - why are the nasties all such liars?
That Edwards person is now altering witness statments on pfa to suit its own agenda.
It claims 'the Smiths' saw this man:

He was average build, 5 foot 10” in height, brown hair cut short, aged 40 years approximately. Wearing beige trousers and darkish top maybe a jacket or blazer. He had a full head of hair with a tight cut.

No, 'the Smiths' did not see a 40 year old man.
The daughter, Aoife saw this man:

    Personal Description:
    (1) the individual was male, Caucasian, light-skinned, between 20/30 years of age, of normal complexion, normal physique, around 1.70/1.75 metres in height. At the time she saw him, she did see his face but now cannot remember. She believes that he had a clean-shaven face. She does not remember any tattoos, scars or earrings. She did not look at his ears. His hair was thick, light brown in colour, short at the back (normal) and a bit longer on the top.

The trousers he was wearing were smooth straight-legged trousers, light beige in colour, of a cotton type material, thicker than linen, possibly with buttons and without any patterns.

She did not see what he was wearing on his top half as the child covered almost completely what he was wearing and she had no idea of what it could have been.

    ------------

She saw someone not that far from her own age group - so why is the troll trying to make out 'the Smiths' saw someone strangely like Gerry McCann?
Oh, I know - because it is a bottom feeding liar, like all of them.

  33. That thread is hilarious, isn't it? I love the way the troll is now pretending to be its own brother - or is it sister?

Speaking of LIARS, why is the story about the latest disaster to befall Gonc not on Morais' blog?

Looks like she doesn't want her shrooms to know the truth about their idol.

She certainly won't want them knowing he hasn't a snowball's in Hell of defending a libel action with a conviction like that.

I agree 100% with Dianeh here:

    http://justice4mccannfam.5forum.biz/t3516-gonc-in-court-today

    quote:

IMO, corruption in a police investigation, in a case that has resulted in a criminal conviction and gaol term for the accused (ie Leonor), should carry a gaol term, not a suspended sentence.

Additionally, Leonor's conviction should be overturned and a mistrial called, due to the corrupted evidence.

Anything less is a violation of Leonor's human rights. THe person who put her in gaol is still walking free, and that is not justice. And lets not forget Joanna, as she has not recieved justice. If her mother did kill her, then Gonc's corruption will allow her to go free. If his corruption has meant an innocent woman is in prison, then who did kill her, or is she even dead, as it appears that no forenics were presented that proved she is dead? For thi alone, he deserves a prison sentence.

    =================

Quite; because of the consequences of Gonc's LIES, he should be behind bars himself.
Never mind, I am sure he will be, before too long. *WINK*

  36. Good to know Amaral's sentence has been confirmed

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hi HB!
I cannot find any public mention of this on any of the Gonc fan club sites.
They know, we've been 'ignored' by some 6,000 visitors in less than a week, and Levy has his someone 'spun' version of it on his site.
Suffice to say, Levy isn't happy...

No wonder; Gonc cannot possibly defend a libel action with an offence like this on his record.
The little credibility he had has been wiped out.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Apparently,

One of the convicted tried to question the decision of the Appeal Court, but it was refused! The Appeal Court of Evora once more said that it was sufficiently proven that Leonor Cipriano was brutally tortured by portuguese police officers, and also that the jail sentences (even if suspended) were totally correctly applied to both arguidos.
