CIPRIANO TORTURE COMPLAINT PRESENTED TO UN

From:

http://justice4mccannfam.5forum.biz/t3517-lawyer-sues-state-joana-s-mother-at-the-un

Leonor Cipriano's lawyer presented the High Commissioner for Human Rights complaint against the Portuguese government for torture against the mother and stepfather of Joan, missing child in 2004 in the village of Figueira, Portimão, Algarve.
Marcos Aragão Correia said in a statement sent to media that "at last Tuesday, May 17, followed, via registered mail," the complaint "formal practice of brutal torture against the child's mother and stepfather Joana Cipriano," Leandro Silva.
The lawyer added that "this is the first time lodged a complaint at the United Nations of its kind against Portugal, and all the earlier cases of other citizens against Portugal for the practice of similar violations, were admitted to the European Court of Human Rights" .
"We believe that this unprecedented process at the United Nations against the Portuguese state will result in a greater internationalism of the case of the disappearance of Joana Cipriano, leading to an increase in pressure, the Portuguese authorities to reopen the process and finally investigate the case in a scientific way and correct, "he said.
Joana Cipriano disappeared on September 12, 2004 and Leonor Cipriano and her brother and uncle of the girl, John Cipriano, were convicted in
March 2006 to 16 years in prison each on charges of murder and concealment of a body.
The case came to court in 2008, with Joan's mother accused five current and former inspectors of the Judicial Police (PJ), a process involving crimes of torture, failure to report and document forgery.

Nice timing, with Gonc's conviction for lying to cover up the torture being upheld and reported widely in Portugal yesterday.
Isn't it odd that Morais doesn't seem to have told the shrooms about it?

  1. Didn't I tell you on Friday the S**t would hit the fan about 2.30 pm yesterday.

Now we know the reason for Levy's load of tosh about the McCanns.

I thought the two fat ones had fallen out? seems not. Morons happy to post his lies up for him still, or maybe she's under Gonc's orders. Like Clawdia the crow.

  2. Lots of legal pieces of paper flying around! lol

  3. There certainly is LL.

Just think if Gonc had managed to get Marcos certified and into a mental institution when he tried, none of this would have been possible.

Another one Gonc doesn't scare. Now who needs certifying

    ReplyDelete
  4. Great news but again sad that Gonc does not look any further than his nose. The McCanns he never spoke with but just decided in his mind that they were guilty with not any real evidence. Its very tragic for Madeleine and The McCanns, their friends and families. I do not usually gloat but I am pleased Gonc and his behaviour is being looked into this is most important. Watch this space.

  5. It is very telling that none of this is being even mentioned in public on the pitchforker sites.
As far as the shrooms are aware, all is fine and dandy in Goncworld, and Arguido Sargento is going to produce the Pink Blanket Ace from his sleeve at any moment.
Which rather begs the question - WHY IS HE DELIBERATELY WITHHOLDING EVIDENCE? but no matter.
I seem to recall the AG of Portugal has already told them to stop babbling conspiraloon rubbish, anyway.
I don't think anyone has found confirmation of that story, have they?
The only Sauce is Levy the Love Rat, so it probably isn't true.
Bennett certainly doesn't seem to want public discussion of his woes. Hard cheese.
If this is at all correct:

That sounds interesting, doesn't it? Whilst we don't know for sure it does have a ring of truth about it. He certainly did harass and stalk some people - not mention saying poisonous things about them.

If it is true, it will be as you say, Bonny, known to the nation.

Well done to Marcos. He must be a really good lawyer. That case needs to be looked at properly now.

Oh dear, that would be 2 cases regarding missing children that could be reviewed, where Amaral was the lead detective. He even applied the same thesis to both cases.

Let's see. Missing young girls. Fridges, pigs and what was it about forensic tests?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Forensic tests? That would be, Gonc doesn't bother with them very much?
It's often forgotten that there was NO forensic evidence in the Cipriano case; it all came down to a confession gained under duress.
Just like he did NOT bother getting the items Eddie alerted to in the McCann case tested - apart from the key fob, which turned out to have Gerry-matter on it.
Gerry McCann is clearly very much alive....

    ReplyDelete
  10. I bet the UN will be impressed with Gonc's ideas about forensics?

Could you imagine being accused and imprisoned because a cop couldn't be bothered to carry out proper forensic procedures? When your child was missing without trace? Furthermore, having it proved that the accused mother was tortured at Gonc's place of employment?

This is what it appears he was trying to do to Mrs McCann? He chose to impose secrecy of justice on them. Speaks volumes right there.

Sounds like something only corrupt cops would do.

  11. ickle forensic evidence in the Kercher case too

that's why it will be kicked out pronto (within the week I suspect)

  13. I watched a documentary about the Kercher case, and while Ms Knox was undeniably irritating, that does not make her a killer.

I didn't much like the prosecutor- he was playing to the gallery. To me, he didn't prove Ms Knox was guilty - there was no explanation of why she was involved, no hard evidence, nothing that I could see.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Update on the Kercher case:

    http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2011/06/19/meredith-kercher-killed-by-mobster-s-brother-amanda-knox-appeal-told-115875-23210780/

    Quote:

A Mafia mobster has told a court his on-the-run brother killed British student Meredith Kercher – and that jailed Amanda Knox is innocent.

Luciano Aviello is one of five convicted criminals backing claims by Knox and her ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito that they did not kill the 21-year-old in Perugia, Italy.

The mobster said his brother Antonio stabbed Meredith in a botched robbery at the house she shared with Knox, 24, and two other women.

    Now that makes sense....

Christ they're hard work over there. I made a genuine attempt to actually talk sense on there but instead they were just all utterly obsessed with trying to out me as people that it would have been patently obvious I'm not to anyone with half a braincell and access to the IP logs. Anyhow - I think it's pretty clear that the PFA lot are just convinced they're right, we're all wrong (and nutters) and it will just never change. Hey ho. I tried to do my bit for care in the community.

Weirdly enough, someone on there who I expected to be a complete arse actually came across as surprisingly reasonable in discussion - jayelles. Maybe I just caught her on a good day.

    ---------

Spudders appears to have changed his story; yesterday, two of the trolls had the same ip because they were brother and sister...

    Do they ever stop lying?

    ReplyDelete
  27. No they don't. I also see he did not respond to something I said on there.

I had asked him how an abductor SHOULD have acted in circumstances the same as for Madeleine. He made a good start, but stopped short by stating he would listen at the door. No mention of looking through a window(s). Obvious why he missed that crucial bit off.

    ReplyDelete
  28. He made a complete t*t of himself, trying to pull that stunt on PFA.
All he succeeded in doing was prove, yet again, that the pitchforkers have no idea what they are talking about.

I WORK WITH DIGITAL MEDIA FOR A LIVING AND HAVE DONE FOR NIGH ON 15 YEARS NOW. I've looked at, created, dissected and laughed at many, many photoshops in my time. Some brilliant, some laughably bad. I spent some time a year or so back looking at the "last photo" and my professional opinion is that it's utterly genuine. Sorry! I may be wrong, of course as there are some brilliant photoshop artists out there, but the level of fine detail including stray hairs and so on is just too perfect to be a photoshop. The arguments I've seen about shadows and suchlike are, I believe, spurious. Sometimes the light does funny things to skin tones depending on the angle it strikes the subject.

Anyhow, it's just my opinion. I do have some experience in this sort of thing but I'm not infallible so it is only an opinion.
