In that case Jayelles can declare a RESOUNDING VICTORY.
Oh, I think it might be correct to say that he has a load of legal problems which need his urgent attention, Bonny. It's not as though he has an experienced lawyer attending to them.
I reckon Bennett is running scared, Lily. Civil legal action, probably criminal too - bound to scare someone as spineless as him. He won't be able to go whining to the mods in court, will he?
One insider said that it was shear lunacy that Bennett would even think it would be reasonable and sensible to represent himself and the Foundation in this way let alone plead not guilty to the harassment. ========= Wonder if the rest of them don't want dragged into another of Bennett's messes?
Oh no!!!! No mods to lock threads and ban lawyers saying things he doesn't want to hear in court? Poor wickle Bennett. Never mind, he is such an experienced litigation lawyer, and libel lawyer. He will show those other lawyers how its done.

PS. I think some lawyers work quite late in the UK Tony especially if they are bolstering any cases.
Pat Brown's 'review' of Kate's book - damp squib or what? Another one with a touch of the green-eyed monster...possibly because Kate McCann is actually qualified in medical matters, unlike Ms Brown.
It seems Ms Brown is a narcissist which is rather ironic given the circumstances.
It appears that it could very well be jealousy here. Kate is well qualified to know about medical matters whereas, Brown spouts her unsound, untested opinions as medical facts.
