BENNETT AND HIS GANG, PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE

PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE

An ugly phrase, more associated with drug dealers, pimps, loan sharks and the like.

But that is exactly what Bennett - and others - are doing.

He dumped his Stalkers' Handbook on Scotland Yard, claimed some woman knows Secret Things of relevance to the disappearance of a little girl - and refuses to pass on the information.

He boasted last night:

In case it should be thought that we are inventing this source, let me just say here and now that our source has both spoken to us verbally and given us very valuable information in writing. The information we have received from the source has been seen by all members of The Madeleine Foundation and by one or two others. I will mention one name here: 'spudgun'. 'Spudgun' spent the best part of a whole day with me here in Harlow earlier in the year and on the basis that he said nothing about what he had seen to anybody at any time, we disclosed to him the written information we received from that source.

So, it is OK for Mike 'Apeman' Hardy to know what this is all about? Probably, he does seem awfully close to Bennett these days. What was it Spudders told the Brats a few weeks ago?

Mike Hardy Just to update:- I spoke briefly with Tony last night on the telephone where I passed on all our best wishes, for which he was very thankful.

He is labouring under HUGE amounts of stress, not least because his family are urging him, (indeed, have done so for some time), to abandon the whole Madeleine Foundation! Of course, their concern is currently justified, given the huge sums of money that Tony and his family stand to lose!

Nice of Bennett to repay all that concern by publically naming Spudders, wasn't it?

And all the other Hounders know about this Secret Source? Looks like it, here's another one who was merrily blabbing to the Brats:

Susan Beckingham Good. As a member of the Madeleine Foundation
, I wonder even whether forums such as this would exist were it not for people like TB, who for years has rattled the McCanns' cage. Remember that it was TB who originally tried to bring a private prosecution against them for child neglect, as early as Oct/Nov 2007

So, she must know what Bennett is withholding from Scotland Yard.

And what about Esse?
No, more interested in telling Carter Ruck how to write letters..

Anna Silvestro Many years ago when I had gaps in my A Level timetable, we were encouraged to take up a non-exam subject as an extra, which might be useful. I took shorthand and typing. Around about lesson 1 or lesson 2, we were told never to start a letter with, "I write..." because it's obvious that you're writing! I've read a few Carter-Ruck letters now, and I know it's very pedantic of me, but I think they could do with a proof reader to spot the non-professional wording before their letters go out. "We write to inform you.." Well well! Whodda thunk they were writing! Give me strength!

And Chucky? Nah, scrub Chucky, she was too busy going LOOKAME!!! and boring the pants off everyone, as usual...

Carly Michelle Dunham yes carla im not saying thats what happned but its possible we were staying at a hotel when i had my accident and let me tell you even aged 30 at the time i screamed the hotel down

YAWN. Nothing to see there.

Apeman Hardy and others are in big, big trouble though - every time Bennett gets into hot water, he drags other people into it.

They are choosing to withhold evidence from Scotland Yard, so what does that say about them, besides they are the pits of the earth?

But Bennett doesn't even stop there. Because Scotland Yard don't treat him with the respect he imagines he deserves, and are not interested in his stupid gossip and tittle-tattle he reports the lead investigators:

You have also stated you wish to make a complaint against DCI Redwood and DI Dobson

Can you go any lower than that? Bennett and his chums must really, really hate Madeleine McCann, to be trying to wreck Scotland Yard's work in this manner.

And who thinks Gonc knows what they are doing? And probably approves? Is Gonc going to be happy when Bennett ends up in court for this?

Telling Scotland Yard, I was only pretending to have a Secret Source, it's really only that nutjob Agent Z Coco-Mental-Midas is not going to save his skanky ass.

Bennett might like to look up the penalties for the criminal actions he has committed; mind you, if he's in jail, he won't have to worry about a roof over his head after he loses the one he has for his ongoing libel.

Spudgun Hardy and the Foundation are all equally culpable; it's a bit too late for him in particular to be worrying about his media career.

But hey, who cares? There's only one reason this sh*tstorm is heading their way.

It's because the only thing any of them seem to live for is persecuting the parents of a missing child. And persecuting the wider family, and anyone who supports the McCanns in any way whatsoever.

They have brought every single bit of this down on their own heads.

  1. "We write, ""To inform you""." Perfectly correct. How else would one put it?

And as for the rest of it, I hope they get done for Malicious Intent, because that's what it is.

  2. Bet Spudders regrets announcing to the Brats...

Now is not the time for frail hearts! Onwards and upwards!

  3. Wonder if Apeman thought this was praising Bennett?

He has relentlessly given his time and often MONEY, to pursuing the McCanns and their cahorts from every angle possible using every means available, effectively from the very beginning. Court actions, petitions, publications, blogs, forums, private Prosecutions, letters, writings, whole bloody treatises!, groups, organisations and foundations.

Yes, we know that. That's why he is heading for several dates in the dock - with a few other haters, stalkers and general oxygen thieves to keep him company.

  4. "He has relentlessly given his time and often MONEY" HIS money? Can we be sure of that? So long as he can be in the limelight, have his name up before the 'general public' he is going to continue like this. It doesn't matter to this pitiful example of a man that others, not just his hated enemies, could get hurt each time he opens his fat mouth or puts a post up somewhere; and does his family every figure in the equation? I doubt it. Alls this is aimed at the aggrandisement of bennett, it has nothing to do with the truth. In this his likeness to his arch rival, bret, is very noticeable. Let us hope that the various police forces he has traduced, let alone the people suing him for libel etc, have now got the means to shut him up for good.

  5. Wait a minute, Mike knew of the information and source. He, didn't inform Law Enforcement?
Oh dear, that isn't good. Withholding Evidence in a child abduction case is against the law in every civilized country. Come to think of it, Bennett's alleged source is breaking the law also. Holding onto such information whilst Scotland Yard spend a fortune on investigating the case; is not going to look good to the British Tax payer. Especially if the information held could solve the case!.
Oh well, I'm sure they know what the High Jump means. Enjoy!

  6. Anyone associated with Bennett is open to charges -

The information we have received from the source has been seen by all members of The Madeleine Foundation and by one or two others.

All the truthseekers have been withholding information that they claim is important in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann from the police.

And lets not forget, Bennett may be facing charges of Witness Intimidation too, after what he did to the Edmonds family because he was told to keep his nose out of police business.

  7. Would you say bennett is guilty of 'perverting the course of justice: ".... a criminal offence in which someone prevents justice from being served on himself or on another party. It is a common law offence carrying a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
Perverting the course of justice can be any of three acts:
    Fabricating or disposing of evidence
Intimidating or threatening a witness or juror
    Intimidating or threatening a judge
Also criminal are (1) conspiring with another to pervert the course of justice and (2) intending to pervert the course of justice."

    Well, is he?
