HARLOW RESIDENTS WARNED TO WATCH OUT FOR STALKER
Do not, under any circumstances, let this individual onto your property.
He has 'previous' for hiding in people's shrubberies to spy on them, and photographing their home security systems and posting the photos on the internet, for the benefit of his stalker friends.
He likes to keep copies for his 'family album'.
Make sure you tell your postman to be extra-wary - there is nothing this scoundrel likes better than posting private correspondence on the internet, so all his friends can read it and hound the senders and their families.
He has been known to boast about damaging council property at the expense of you, the tax payer. He likes sneaking about in the dark.
He is currently facing charges which may lead to a jail sentence in the New Year.
Don't panic if you see this character, just let the police deal with him - they're used to him and his racist remarks about police officers.
Mind how you go - and have a stalker-free Christmas!

If that was my neighbourhood I'd be shuddering at the thought of him looking through my windows.
ReplyDeleteWell done - about time someone did something about this senile nuisance; he really needs some kind of help, preferably from some kind people in a secure institution. As it is, he is now infecting the less than rational with his bizarre behaviour.
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine? He'll be hanging round people's garages, making sure they have the right number of windows for him to peer in, like he did when he was stalking the Smethursts.
ReplyDeleteAnd if anyone has a holiday home in, say, Wales, he will drive all the way to it to check on what they're doing.
Bet he keeps notes on everyone.
I know this isn't the right thread but just wanted to give you a link to the McCanns Christmas Message just in case you wanted to put it on this blog and your forum
